TinyWins (“the App”) is a local-first sticker chart app for parents and children. This policy describes what information the App handles and how it is used.
Summary
- TinyWins does not require an account and does not send your family data to our servers.
- Chart data stays on your device unless you export or share a backup.
- We do not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs in Version 1.
Data stored on your device
The App stores the following on the device (local database and secure storage):
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Child profile info | Child name, avatar, theme color, optional birthday |
| Chart & habit data | Chart titles, goals, task names, sticker awards |
| Rewards | Reward titles, costs, redemption history, optional notes |
| App preferences | Theme, language, sound/haptics, last selected child |
| Device lock (optional) | Hashed PIN or pattern; biometric unlock uses the device OS |
PIN / pattern values are stored as hashes in platform secure storage and are not included in backup exports.
Data we do not collect on our servers
In Version 1, TinyWins has no backend. The App does not upload child profiles, charts, stickers, rewards, or lock credentials to TinyWins servers.
There is no cloud sync, login, advertising identifier collection, or third-party analytics in this version.
Backup export and import
You may optionally export a backup ZIP and save or share it (for example via Files, email, or cloud apps you choose). That transfer is controlled by you and the apps you pick—not by TinyWins servers.
Backups exclude device-lock secrets (PIN/pattern hashes). Anyone with your backup file can restore chart data, so treat backups as private.
Permissions
Depending on platform and features you enable, the App may use:
- Biometrics / device credentials — optional parental device lock
- Vibration — optional haptic feedback
- File access / sharing — only when you export, save, or import a backup
Release builds do not require Internet permission for core features.
Children’s information
TinyWins is designed for parents/guardians to manage routines, with children as secondary users of the sticker experience.
Child-related information (such as name and optional birthday) is stored only on the device (and in backups you create). We do not knowingly collect children’s data on our servers because we do not operate a collection backend in V1.
Data retention and deletion
- Data remains on the device until you delete it in the App, clear app storage, or uninstall.
- Uninstalling the App removes local App data (device backups you previously exported elsewhere are not deleted by uninstall).
- Soft-deleted items may remain until cleaned up by App logic; clearing storage or uninstall fully removes the local database.
Future features
Later versions may add optional cloud sync or accounts. If that happens, this policy will be updated before those features collect data remotely, and you will be able to choose whether to use them.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly.
